Responsibilities include: Performance Reporting for Advisory client base; Portfolio Performance Calculation and Accuracy Verification; Research and Entry of Security Cost Basis; Posting of transactions and reconciling client portfolios; Respond to Investment Advisor Representative inquiries on Performance, Cost Basis, and other Reporting issues; Acquire and Maintain Current Knowledge of Relevant Product Offerings and Support Policies in Order to Provide Technically Accurate Solutions; Other duties as assigned.What else can we tell you?

REQUIREMENTS
Who is our ideal candidate?
Qualified candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in the financial services industry, preferably Advisory Services. Must pay close attention to detail, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task. Ideal candidate will also have working knowledge of Portfolio Management Software such as Advent Axys, Centerpiece, or dbCams. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook is a must.
