LendingTree is looking for an energetic and ambitious Corporate Recruiter to recruit for Professional and Operational positions within the company.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Generates a highly qualified candidate pool for the Professional and Mortgage Operations client groups
Responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
Develops relationships with hiring managers, recruiting teammates and candidates
Identifies and utilizes appropriate professional networking avenues

Qualified candidates will possess the following skills and attributes:

5+ years of Recruiting, sourcing and interviewing experience
Ability to successfully recruit in a high volume, fast paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
Excel at working with all levels of management for problem resolution
Able to effectively meet recruiting deadlines on a consistent basis
Strong targeted search, direct sourcing and indirect sourcing experience a plus
Ability to embrace and implement change
