We are experiencing incredible growth, and we are seeking a Contract Corporate Recruiter to assist with these efforts! Your main responsibility will be to perform target recruiting for our rapidly expanding sales force to include: Recruiting and interviewing applicants who fit our sales hiring profile.Communicating with managers on hiring status Developing recruiting sources to keep a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
REQUIREMENTS
1+ years experience recruiting, preferably for sales
Must be able to show specific results from a previous short term, high volume position
Experience recruiting for a fast-paced, rapidly growing company is necessary
Strong initiative and independent worker
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is essential
Customer oriented
