Content Development Project Coordinator

The Project Manager will be responsible for helping to keep assigned projects on track, and assist in carrying them through to completion. This is accomplished by assisting Producers with tasks associated with documenting and managing the assigned project pieces.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Coordinating multiple activities with varying timelines from initiation through close-out. (Content Reviews, inputs, etc.) · Setting up & Maintaining project schedules and reports · Maintaining project plans · Tracking progress against the plan · Handling meeting facilitation · Maintaining project issue and risk list logs · Participating in the creation of cost-benefit analysis and project plans. · Interfacing with application architects, Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and other development team members to assist with documentation. · Coordinating changes that have project-wide effects and communicating changes to staff at meetings. · Assisting VP of Content Development & Sr. Producer in day to day Project management issues. · Monitoring projects for adherence to documented Software Development Plan. · Participating in content review cycles.
REQUIREMENTS
Education and/or Experience: · College Degree (B.A., B.S., etc.) Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: · Must be bilingual in Spanish/English (verbal and written) · Must have a minimum of one year experience within a technical, project management, and/or business analyst related setting. · Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities. · Must have working knowledge of Microsoft application software (i.e., Word, Excel, and Project). · Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, work independently. · Demonstrated reliability along with the ability to drive for results. · Ability to work in a team environment and be open to change. · Must be detail-oriented and accurate. · Must have the ability to quickly learn and apply general knowledge of a variety of industries and subjects.
