Consultant - Black Belt

(NYSE-BE) is one of the world's largest Management and Technology Consulting companies dedicated to aligning business and systems to empower Global 2000 companies and government organizations.The BearingPoint Manufacturing & Technology Practice is currently searching for a Black Belt Consultant.Locations: Bellevue/Seattle/Redmond, WAThis individual will be expected to perform the following:Lead Six Sigma projects at client locationTrain client staff in Six Sigma (Green Belt course) with a focus on the DMAIC and DMADV approachesWork with client management to identify future projects and staffing requirementsWork with core team members to develop project plansAbility to effectively communicate with multiple levels of client management to facilitate discussions on project status, budget, future resource requirementsPosition-specific Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree, with a major in a business field, i.e. Accounting, Finance, Business Management, etc. (Required)
3 – 5 years Project Management, focus on large interdepartmental projects (Required)
Six Sigma Black Belt certified (Required), Master Black Belt certified (Preferred)
3 – 5 years experience in software industry or experience with product management and distribution
Previous experience with Microsoft or a similar software development organization helpful (Preferred)
Can accomodate M - Th travel when needed.
