Communication Technician

As one of the world's leading providers of high-growth communications services and the largest provider of wireline and wireless communications, Verizon is an exciting, high-energy workplace The Communication Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and Move/Add/Change activity involving CPE equipment at company locations. Includes interpreting service orders, circuit diagrams, and installing, rearranging, and removing equipment and associated wiring. In this position the Communication Technician will resolve trouble tickets and handle heavy call flows.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have 5 or more years of experience working with Nortel PBX . Experience with Meridian Mail, Call Pilot, and Symposium desirable. In this role the Communication Technician must be able to work independently and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
