REQUIREMENTS
PharmD. Degree Preferred or at least 3 years clinical experience; Current AZ Pharmacist License; Compounding experience and some Disease State Management preferred, but not required; Good Communication Skills both oral and written; Excellent Customer Service a must! Highly Motivated, Friendly & Courteous Individual that likes to think outside the box.
