Provide expertise on leadership development for AMC, working with top Management and other Corporate associates. Provide leadership programs to ensure attainment of business goals and corporate strategies. Support leadership initiatives in major areas including: leadership-management consulting, leadership process improvement, assessment, curriculum development, facilitation and reinforcement. Perform all duties in accordance with AMC policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build relationships at the executive level
Train and coach AMC Corporate associates in leadership development to develop the leadership capabilities of senior managers and their teams
Design, develop, coordinate, deliver and measure leadership development training for AMC
Implement and enhance leadership development programs
Conduct leadership and team needs assessment and develop plans to reach the goals and needs that are defined
Analyze needs assessment data to provide leadership programs and processes for top performance
Develop and implement communication and marketing plans to increase understanding and acceptance of training materials
Assist management teams in the communication, implementation and management of change
Develop competencies for AMC associates and work with senior management in developing leadership plans
Coach and work with Managers to assess and help develop desired skills, knowledge and abilities
Partner with Upper Management to determine organizational needs
Assist in the development of training records management system
Coordinate & facilitate necessary planning sessions
Perform Management consulting to Corporate Management team
Deliver leadership performance interventions to promote excellence
Evaluate training effectiveness
Perform other duties as assigned

Ability to Interface with Senior Management
Demonstrate business knowledge and perspectiveEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
College degree in Organizational Leadership, Organizational Development or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 5 years experience in designing, facilitating, and evaluating leadership development programs, preferably at the corporate level.
Experience initiating organizational change, managing diverse teams, building relationships & working with executives
Experience in managing multiple, complex projects & interventions
Local travel required, occasional overnight travel likely
