By helping our clients locate and attract top talent, we help individual candidates further their careers and lives. Your goal is to develop relationships with your client companies and establish a network of contacts within your industry specialization. All communication is done via telephone and email. Therefore good verbal and written skills are a must. All recruiting is done out of our office with no travel required.Previous experience in sales a plus, but recruiting experience is not necessary – we provide extensive training by tenured recruiters that prepares you to professionally handle every aspect of search and recruitment. All successful recruiters must supplement our comprehensive training by applying a tremendous amount of dedication and focused effort to building their network of clients.
REQUIREMENTS
To be a successful recruiter you must have the following attributes:1.Extroverted. You have to like talking to people.
2.Problem Solver: Recruiters need to have a natural instinct to find the answer to a problem. Our clients rely on us to find the “right fit” for their openings, successful recruiters need to be able to uncover leads, properly follow up, and close deals.3.Driven/Self-Motivated. Our recruiters are hardworking; enjoy working in a high energy, high activity, and focused environment.
4.Multi-tasking. Recruiting is a fast-paced, rapidly-changing every day is different industry. You must be able to change directions rapidly.
5.Reward Oriented. Your reward for hard work, dedication, and discipline is a very attractive income and bonus structure.
