GROWING EQUIPMENT RENTAL COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR AN ALL-STAR WAREHOUSE MANAGER TO JOIN OUR TEAM. If you are organized, provide outrageous customer service, a team player, self motivated, posses a winning attitude and have the necessary skill set then this is the team for you. Our warehouse is located in Redwood City, CA with customers throughout Northern California.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess the following:
Ability to perform the essential responsibilities
Beginning level in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and Project).
Intermediate level understanding of digital images (how to open, view, customize and print them).
Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize work assignments.
Possess a valid California drivers license and a motor vehicle driving record that is clear.
Ability to work outside year round in all types of weather conditions.
Availability to work extended hours as required or urgent circumstances.
Ability to travel throughout all areas of construction sites during all phases of a project.
Ability to lift heavy objects as encountered in the work environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Good written and oral communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS
Warehouse Manager Requirements:
Essential Responsibilities include the following:
Takes customer orders and oversees fulfillment as promised.
Tracks all tools, equipment, vehicles, furniture and consumables, knowing their location at all times.
Maintains adequate stock levels of tools, equipment, furniture and consumables in order to maximize sales.
Stencils and barcodes all new equipment, tools, vehicles and furniture with 24 hours of acquisition.
Enforces all safety regulations at all times.
Helps deliver orders to customers as promised and in a timely manner.
Keeps all areas clean and organized at all times including Store, Yard and his/her work area.
Ensures that all tools, equipment, vehicles, furniture & supplies in accordance with manufacturers recommendations and specifications and always in good & safe working condition.
Conducts small tool repairs and/or schedules repairs by vendors.
Communicates with staff and manager regarding status of orders and equipment
Guarantees that equipment, tools, vehicles and furniture are delivered to customers with the appropriate components, are in good working condition and ready for use.
Receives in all equipment, tools, vehicles, and furniture when they are returned. Documents missing pieces or damage. Ensures that equipment is returned in good working order before put back into inventory for reassignment.
To be eligible to perform this job, an individual must possess a minimum of three years experience in a similar position.
