Transportation Manager

Manage and control the companies transportation function to ensure efficient and responsive customer service by leading and coaching a performance team and complying with company, state, and federal guidelines. Build internal and external relationships through exceptional problem solving, ownership, and follow-through. Analyze budget variances within transportation; investigate and problem solve questionable data/reporting. Understand and manage DOT requirements. Supervises dispatchers, transport drivers, and clerks. Visit each branch a minimum of three times a year. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Requires an aggressive, personable oriented individual with excellent customer relations, organizational skills, and communication skills. Rental service and/or transportation experience required. Four-year degree preferred. Must have valid California drivers license with excellent driving record.
