REQUIREMENTS
Immediate opening for a full-time Survey Technician in our Federal Way office. LDD/Acad experience a must. Should have strong capabilities in drafting of plats, condominiums, ALTA and topographic surveys. Experience with construction calculations and legal descriptions a plus. Immediate position also available for Survey Chainsperson. The Survey Chainperson works as a member of a survey crew performing boundary, topography ALTA, right of way, and construction surveys for public and private clients.
