Store Planner/ Designer

Key Accountabilities:Serve as the Project Planner or Designer on all assigned projects, and meeting all requirements of the given scope.Completing projects on time.Communicate and coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors when needed.Coordinate the standardizing and roll out of all details and layouts for all remodel projects.Ensure drawings are comprehensive in detail with notes related to scope of work.Communicate with Project Managers and other planners to ensure they have the latest revisions and updated information.Incorporate all Security, Operations, Design and Merchandising standards with appropriate staff.Incorporate all security, operations, Visual, FSG, ADA, design and merchandising standards into plans.Communicate with all appropriate Macy's personnel. This includes the Store Directors, Visual, Operations, Security and all required senior staff.Utilize the SPACE store model on all remodel projects and call out the variations from this model as part of the planning process.Coordinate all assigned vendor shops around in the time as published to the company.Working with the Director of Design, specify standardized colors and carpets by department whenever possible.Review and approve millwork shop drawings and color/material submittals for your region.
