Immediate opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with potential Partnership!


A stable firm that has established a true mark in the engineering industry with over thirty years of service is growing rapidly. They specialize in planning, permitting, designing, engineering and land surveying for industrial, commercial and residential subdivision projects. They are offering a competitive salary and 3-11% of annual salary 401K contributions, full medical benefits for employee and dependents, and overtime is also available.


DESCRIPTION


Ideal candidate will be responsible for assigned projects with little supervision. Documenting and designing for given site improvements. Responsibilities will include managing technical staff and project schedule. Communicating (verbal and written) to clients and review boards. AutoCAD skills are a must.


REQUIREMENTS


California PE preferred, but other state registrations will be considered if willing to obtain a California PE in a year
Minimum of 10 years experience with Residential and Commercial engineering projects
Minimum of 4 years experience in Management
Excellent Communication (Oral and Written)
Proficient with AutoCAD
