Under general supervision, responsible for the overall execution and performance of service executed mechanical or technical retrofit projects, and labor & maintenance. Responsible for following consistent and repeatable project management standardized procedures and processes, and achieving financial results on assigned projects. Provides project coordination for day to day activities of Front Line Service Providers (FLSP's), and sub-contractors. Secures new work and change orders from the existing customer base. Provides service project estimating and estimating reviews, and will be a technical resource for the Sales Team on large projects. Responsible for overall project safety program compliance.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture or an Associates Degree with equivalent work related experience. Three to five years of direct project management experience in the HVAC Industry. Management experience with projects related to HVAC controls, BAS management, Fire management, and Security management systems is desired. Demonstrated competence in managing multiple projects concurrently. Demonstrated competence in written and verbal communication skills. Able to positively represent JCI and communicate with others at varying technical levels. Able to lead and direct diverse teams. Able to use Project Management software and financial accounting systems. Strong Personal Computer working capabilities in MS Office (excel, word, power point), Adobe Writer, Visio and basic Windows environment. Able to coach and mentor project managers and technical professionals.
