Service General Manager

Purpose: Nationally ranked and prestigious design-build contractor headquartered in Sterling, VA is in search of a Services General Manager to head up the service department in the design-build process.

Candidate will be responsible for the entire service division including scheduling, hiring, budgeting, revenue forecasting, management of staff, etc.

Qualified candidates should have a Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a field related to mechanical design-build or business management. Experience running a service department with a design-build firm and with mechanical HVAC projects is an absolute MUST. Qualified candidates should have at least 5 years of service management experience.
