Senior Project Managers

ABACUS is searching for experienced individuals who have been exposed to performing due diligence (physical audits of existing buildings),pre-construction reports using contracts, drawings and geo-technical information and visiting sites to determine construction progress to approve pay application/draw request.

Our clients are banks and financial institutions.

Job involves a great deal of report writing and deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have written Physical Audit Reports on buildings. ABACUS will request samples of such reports.

Capable of report review of lower level Project Managers and Interns.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must have extensive experience in technical writing and enjoy the report process.

Needs to be able to lead/take part in meetings at jobsites.

Must be able to work quickly and accurately. Needs to organize effectively, juggling several projects monthly and meeting the deadlines required by the bank.

Requires the completion of degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural/professional Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.

Professional qualifications are highly desirable.

Must be familiar with all standard concepts, practices and procedures for construction.

Capable of working under minimal supervision.

Compensation is determined by the ability to perform the actitivies described above with minimal training. Salary is negotiated based on the results of a test that determines experience with what we do and interviews with the owners.
