Key leadership position in Northern California with a highly focused engineering and consulting firm known for its integrity and quality project delivery. This team strives as a well coordinate unit to ensure client satisfaction.


What you should be able to do:


The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years or more of appropriate experience in the design and project management of urban and rural highway / roadway systems. Design / build and municipal projects are a plus. Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required, Master of Science in Civil Engineering desired / preferred. California PE required. Initiative, vision, decision making and an eagerness to take on challenging projects are fundamental to this leadership role. Must have well developed skills in project management, verbal and written communication, individual and team relationships and client interaction. Duties and responsibilities include the oversight of multiple complex projects. Build, mentor and lead staff. Mentor technical resources in analysis, problem solving and project management. Business Development and Client Services. Identify, target, position and develop strategies for winning significant projects. Efficient and effective in multi task position.
