Ideal candidate will be a top level individual with 10 years experience estimating construction projects, experience in hard, negotiated and selected bid projects. Must have the] ability to estimate large projects including: high rise office buildings, higher education, and healthcare (OSHPD) projects. A degree in construction management or engineering.
