Position:

Reports to the Estimating Manager and/or Senior Estimator, prepares estimates based on an Owner’s/Architect’s design intent through construction documents. In the performance of this function, is responsible for the protection and promotion of the interest of the Company in all matters.

Candidate Qualifications:

They are looking for an articulate professional who has excellent verbal and written communication an presentation skills. The qualified candidate will have a Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, or similar. A minimum of four years of estimating experience is requested. Additional experience in project engineering, field supervision or purchasing is desirable. Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions and trade practices. Conceptual ability to work with minimum information. Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs. Knowledge of Prolog Manager and Primavera scheduling desirable. A stable work history with other Top Construction Firms and experience in progressively increasing project size and value. Must have a stable work history with no more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years.
