We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Project and Development Services Group supporting our corporate client located in Redmond, WA. Our Project and Development Services group provides a range of occupancy-related design, construction and relocation services for corporations, institutions and professional services firms.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - Redmond, WA

Responsibilities:
Project management and owner's representative responsibilities
Oversee project implementation through completion of construction
Manage tenant improvement projects, space planning and design
Perform building audits
Provide technical support; project budgeting and scheduling
Interface with architects, client staff, property managers and vendors
Maintain client relationship and conflict resolution
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design or construction management
Minimum of 5 years experience working on commercial projects
Experience working with Landlords and developers
Ability to manage large corporate interiors projects
Demonstrated high level of performance in project budgeting, contract negotiations and scheduling
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency
