Retail Construction Project Manager

Independent project/construction management firm is seeking a Retail Construction Project Manager to oversee high volume roll outs of retail projects across the country ranging in space from 800 sf to 2,000 sf with construction time averaging four weeks. "Speed to Market" is critical to the retail client. The firm has completed up to 300 retail spaces a year on time so candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
> Planning and program development
> Budget formulation and monitoring
> Design management
> Project schedule development and oversight
> Team management and conflict avoidance resolution
> Contractor, vendor and supplier management and coordination
> Customer service
> Project implmentation oversight
> Project close out
REQUIREMENTS
> Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering, interior design or construction management

> One to ten years of previous construction management experience

> Superior interpersonal and communication skills

> Proficiency with computers

> Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

> US Citizen
