Renovation Construction Technician

Purpose: The premier professional property management company serving over 4,000 families in Orange County is seeking 5 Construction Technicians to start immediately. We specialize in property management, development and apartment home living. The Technicians will work in a team of two performing all construction renovations to individual apartment units. Duties will include refurbishing and repairing any thing related to Plumbing , HVAC, Electrical, Dry wall, and Flooring. Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 1 year of construction experience. candidates must be hard working, reliable, motivated and willing to learn construction trades.
