R&D PROJECT ENGINEER

MGE UPS SYSTEMS, INC. one of the largest global providers of power quality solutions is looking for an experienced, Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Project management and Power electronics/systems to support several development projects within our R&D Team.

The individual in this position will be responsible for directing and coordinating project activities and specifying electrical components. Conducts BOM analysis and prepares engineering documentation and proposals. Interfaces with purchasing and other groups to meet project schedules, costs and quality objectives. Develops professional relationships with internal and external customers.
REQUIREMENTS
The candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years experience in Project management, processes & releases in power electronics, circuit design and power conversion.

This position requires strong problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to analyze and articulate technical problems. Good communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured team environment. PC proficiency.
BSEE preferred.
