Purchasing Manager/Project Coordinator

Purpose: PURCHASING MANAGER/PROJECT COORDINATOR About: Very small GC that does LAUSD projects and other small electrical, alarm systems, etc. ? that is, they are subs and do not take on an entire project on their own, but small parts of a project.

Location: Projects mostly in LA; Office is in the Valley ? this is an `office job?

Salary Range: $45K - $50K

Responsibilities:

PURCHASING RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Materials Purchasing ? which is not very complicated since the jobs are very small
- Interfacing with Suppliers/Negotiating Pricing of Materials
- Checking Invoices
- Product/Materials Submittals for Projects

PROJECT COORDINATION RESPONSIBITLITES:
- Order Material/Waste bins for jobsites
- Trailors for Jobsites

Experience Level:
2-4 years
