Flint Hills Resources Alaska's North Pole refinery near Fairbanks, Alaska, has a crude oil processing capacity of about 220,000 barrels per day. It is the largest oil refinery in the state. It processes North Slope crude oil and supplies gasoline, jet fuel, heating oil, diesel, gasoline and asphalt to local and international markets. About 60 percent of the refinery's production is destined for the aviation market

As Project Controls, your responsibilities will include: Maintaining Project Engineering work lists and schedules Developing project schedules, track schedule changes with the engineers and construction groups Compiling and issuing reports based on spending plan, schedules, work lists, etc. Project cost estimating REQUIREMENTS
Travel Percentage: 0%
Required Skills and Experience: Three years experience in the engineering or construction project controls/project planning field Microsoft Project and/or Primavera, scheduling, developing schedules, tracking progress, resource loading and earned value Ability to manage large amounts of project data using Microsoft Excel Microsoft Access ability required
Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience in the petroleum/refining or construction industry preferred Three years experience in project cost estimating - conceptual and detailed preferred
Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education: Engineering/Technical degree, Associate or B.S. Certified training in various project management software packages
