Project Superintendent - Seattle

Position Description:
We are a major employee-owned general contractor with extensive operations throughout North America. We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent with experience in hard bid and negotiated projects valued at $10 million and over. Candidates with experience in the Seattle market is desirable. REQUIREMENTS
Position Requirements:

This position will provide overall on-site administrative and technical management to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule on this project. Includes interfacing with client representatives, A/E reps. and other contractors.

You will also perform scheduling, engineering material control and possibly supervise on-site administrative staff in accounting, purchasing, etc.

This position may be required to perform:
technical assistance such as interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment, etc.
Assist the Project Manager in developing and implementing project procedures, working documents, standards, etc.
Ensure all on-site personnel adhere to project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, etc.
Document all violations, notify project management, recommend/implement corrective actions as required.
