Project Manager (Traveling) Electrical Construction

This Project Manager will be traveling around the United States (mainly west coast) managing off-site projects. **Ability to routinely work with and manage new groups of people required.**
**Successful candidate MUST have prior experience managing large commercial ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS**Job Duties:Oversee Electrical Contracting Projects from beginning to end with particular attention to defining scope of work and writing sub-contracts to do the work.
Must be able to project costs and "know what is going on".
A desire to learn -- SASCO forms, systems, reports, means and methods and "rules" at SASCO.
Build long term customer relationships by consistently meeting expectations and offering innovative solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
Preferred Job Requirements:5+ yrs Electrical Project Management - hard bid & design build commercial electrical projects.
Large commercial projects (5M+) experience.
Estimating adn McCormick experience.
Strong Union labor management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as team environment.
Ability to present in a professional manner and represent the company image.
