Project Manager - Resort

Horizon, a development, design and construction firm is one of Wisconsin’s fastest growing companies. We have over twenty five years experience with designing, building and managing senior housing. Over the past five years we have aggressively entered the hospitality market adding water parks and renovating existing hotels.This individual will oversee the work of On-Site Water Resort Project Managers and will be responsible for the successful planning, organizing and controlling of multiple site projects. The Project Manager is accountable for all phases of the build process, including, determining project feasibility, schematic design, design development, contract documentation, construction, close out process and post construction review.
REQUIREMENTS
At least seven years of construction management and contract administration experience required.Must have a strong commercial background; hotel renovation experience is helpful.Previous responsibility of project budgets of at least $10 million is preferred.Must have strong Excel, Outlook and MS Project skills. Previous coaching and leadership experience required.
