Large CM firm looking for an experienced multi-family project manager. This position offers a high level of autonomy, with the project manager working directly with the client from the concept/design phase through construction. Opportunity for advancement to Project Executive for right candidate.
REQUIREMENTS
10+ Years Commercial Construction
Minimum 1 Multi-family Project 15 mil+
Ability to Work in Team Environment
Strong Leadership Skills
