Major Civil Engineering, Construction Management and Water Resources firm is in need of a seasoned Project Manager for Land Development projects.

This firm has over 6 offices in the Western U.S. and is in extreme growth. They are looking for career oriented individuls.


The candidate will direct residential, commercial and some industrial land development projects.
REQUIREMENTS
Management and some design of Land Development projects from entitletiements though contruction, including maintaining schedules, tracking budgets and project account files on the computerized project management information system. Will be providing marketing assistance and the supervision of design team (CAD Drafters/Designers)


Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years experience in project production and technical professional activities,

Professional registration required in field of practice, communication skills required.
