A nationally recognized Architectural / Engineering Firm looking for a Civil Engineering Manager with progressive work experience in commercial land development. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious Project Manager to take their leadership abilities to the next level.


REQUIREMENTS


Qualifications:

Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering

California Professional Engineer (CA P.E. REQUIRED)

Work history in Project Management and Civil Design

Strong land development design – commercial / industrial

Effective marketing techniques

Understanding of local compliance / municipal approvals

Working AutoCAD / CAD abilities

Must be willing to wear multiple shoes - design / draft if needed

Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
