Project Manager

Project Manager-Directly responsible for all project goals. Manage daily activities of commercial projects through guidance and communication with contract administrators and superintendents that leads to successful and timely completion of projects. Successful completion is defined as meeting all time,cost,spec book,blue print,paperwork,corporate and customer requirements. Maintain owner relationships in a positive and constructive manner. Show understanding and proactive response to owners needs both on the job site, and with his staff, through clear and concise written and verbal communication.
REQUIREMENTS
Project Manger- Minimum 5 years experience in commercial construction management. Review, read and understand all aspects of construction plans and specifications. Generate in house bids and assemble final bid packages. Handle all financial and relational correspondence for projects. Direct and oversee the efforts of project administrators and superintendents. Review and correct job cost reports. Market company to related or associated parties of the projects. Complete all company and owner paperwork per requirements.
