The Company:

Established over 15 years ago as a regional Developer/Builder they have successfully penetrated many major US markets. Their ability to acquire and develop prime commercial, retail, and industrial real estate they successfully established themselves as a future market maker in the real estate community.


Our Client is offering and extremely competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 plus health, dental, vision, 401K with a lucrative employer match, monthly vehicle allowance, gas card, and a performance based bonus program. This is an amazing opportunity with significant growth potential.

Candidate Qualifications:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 8-15 years of experience in office buildings, retail, warehouses, industrial and manufacturing facilities. You should have project size experience of 10K-100K sq.ft. or $5M-$15M. Additionally, a construction related degree is a big plus, but not mandatory, as a solid work history would be just as important. This candidate should be a good communicator, enjoy working independently, love to “build”, be able to run several projects simultaneously and have experience in concrete/block/masonry/tilt up.
