A recognized leader in environmental consulting is seeking Geologists with soil and groundwater investigation experience for their California offices. Work e3xperience may include: Phase I assessments; site characterizations; performing field programs including drilling, sampling, well construction, groundwater monitoring, aquifer testing, and analysis of aquifer test data. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Chemistry or related field. 5 years of work experience in environmental consulting, project management skills and good job history. Ability to manage remediation projects, including budgetary aspects, multiple tasks concurrently on one or more projects, and able to work as part of a team with strong written skills and clear thought process. Sample duties and responsibilities for this position include: Scoping, estimation, procurement, supervision of field investigations, supervision of subcontractors, technical reporting, soil and soil gas sample collection, well installation, groundwater sample collection, etc.
