Project Estimator

Interface externally with owner, architect/engineer and contractors to provide value engineering and cost data regarding project feasibility.
Prepare a complete conceptual estimate of work during the design phase of project development:

Prepare a GMP, if required

Identify project scope and budget

Participate in developing a master design/construction schedule

Identify long lead items

Participate in developing bid strategy

Participate in developing a bidders list

Evaluate bids
