The Company:

Our Clients are substantial California General Contractors and are looking to add experienced Project Engineers and Project Managers to join their teams. The companies do from $75 million to over $800 million a year, and have opportunities to work on both large multi-million projects down to smaller projects that will allow you to have more lead experience and responsibility. These companies focus is on both public and private work, which allows them to stay competitive and meet the challenges of an always-changing market. One is also a developer-builder who owns and builds several of their own properties and projects.


Candidate Qualifications:

Our Client is looking for an articulate professional who has excellent communication and presentation skills. The qualified candidate should have 1-5 years experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager. The qualified candidate will have exceptional time management skills, basic computer skills, motivated, driven, high integrity, and high work ethic. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with negotiated contracts in a multiple project environment involving multi-story, concrete and steel, commercial structures. A Construction related degree is requested.

Compensation:

Our Client is offering an extremely competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $65,000 - $110,000 plus health, dental, vision, 401K with a lucrative employer match.
