Under the direct supervision of a Program Manager, performs responsible, contractor-focused duties in connection with the administration of assigned wrap up programs, including all quality control of project credit verification and tracking, enrollment, certification, claims, risk control coordination processes, and ongoing interface with project Sponsors, contractors of all tiers, insurers and the Aon Service Center.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1.May participate in program implementation meetings with the Program Manager and the Sponsor to establish operational and reporting processes for the wrap up program. Assists in the development of a project-specific Insurance Manual.2.Assists in the set-up of new projects in AonWrap and is responsible for ensuring that all wrap up information is maintained in the AonWrap system. As outlined in the Service Agreement for a wrap up, follows all required service specifications, including the specified number of follow-ups, timely processing of all AonWrap delinquencies, and maintenance of contractor and subcontractor contact information.3.As defined in the Service Agreement, conducts the insurance portion of Sponsor's meetings with contractors to describe the general provisions and requirements of the wrap up program. This includes instructions on how insurance costs are to be accounted for and calculated in contractors' bids, and providing detailed instructions for program enrollment, credit calculation, certification requirements, payroll reporting, claims reporting and contract termination. If applicable, logs meetings into client’s database.4.As defined in the Service Agreement and at the request of the prime contractor(s) or Sponsor, conducts wrap up program orientation meetings for subcontractors, providing detailed instructions for program enrollment, credit calculation, certification requirements, payroll reporting, claims reporting and contract termination. If applicable, logs meetings into client’s database.5.As defined in the Service Agreement, and depending upon the specific credit methodology of the wrap up program, obtains and enters contractor and subcontractor insurance cost forms (Aon Form-1a or 1b and Aon Form-2) into AonWrap in a timely fashion. Verifies contractor insurance costs, analyzes each cost for accuracy and completeness, and ensures that the prime contractor(s) and Sponsor have been notified of the results of the credit analysis, i.e. the Initial Insurance Credit and Insurance Credit Rate). If applicable, is also responsible for overall quality control of the information entered into AonWrap by the Service Center (see #12 below).6.As defined in the Service Agreement, obtains all contractor and subcontractor program enrollment forms (Aon Form-3), reviews the forms for any discrepancies, and enters the information into AonWrap. Gives appropriate attention to the degree of contact required avoiding or minimizing delinquencies. If applicable, is also responsible for overall quality control of the information entered into AonWrap by the Service Center (see #12 below).7.As defined in the Service Agreement, obtains all contractor and subcontractor periodic payroll forms (Aon Form-4 or other appropriate form, reviews the forms for completeness and resolves any discrepancies. Gives appropriate attention to the degree of contact required avoiding or minimizing delinquencies. If applicable, is also responsible for overall quality control of the information entered into AonWrap by the Service Center (see #12 below).8.As outlined in the service requirements for a wrap up and depending upon the specific credit methodology of the wrap up program, tracks all insurance credits, periodically reports the status of credits to the Sponsor and the Program Manager, orders final payroll audits by the insurer(s), and conducts true ups of final credits at contract completion.9.As outlined in the service requirements for a wrap up and depending upon the specific 'off site' certificate collection methodology of the wrap up program, obtains all contractor and, if applicable, subcontractor certificates of insurance and enters the information into AonWrap. Verifies contractor-¬provided coverages, reviews them for compliance with wrap up requirements, and resolves any discrepancies Also, if applicable, is responsible for overall quality control of the information entered into AonWrap by the Service Center (see # 12 below).10.Reviews and distributes periodic (i.e. weekly, monthly or quarterly, as appropriate) AonWrap-generated wrap up program activity reports for the program. Reports are reviewed for accuracy and completeness (quality controls) and distributed to the Sponsor and other approved recipients after review by the Program Manager.11.Acts as the main contact between the Sponsor’s and/or the General Contractor’s field team and the Wrap Up Service Center, and reports feedback to the Service Center via
