Production Foreman -2nd shift

Supervises designated assembly, welding and fabrication operations for more than one shift to provide components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies for aerospace hardware.

·Able to read and understand engineering drawing and blueprints.
·Exhibits strong organization and analytical skills, capable of multitasking.
·Proficient with computerized systems – BPCS and job related Microsoft Applications.
·Effectively communicates, written and verbally in a fair respectful and constructive manner
·Able to effectively lead, train, and motivate others to perform required job duties.
·Has solid background in manufacturing and manufacturing processes.

Two (2) years college degree or its equivalent with specialized courses in supervision plus four (4) years experience as production supervisor.
