We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Project and Development Services Group located in San Francisco, CA.

PROJECT MANAGER - San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities:
Daily management of small hospital projects including construction, development, remodels and facility maintenance
Manage activities between the facilities director, Jones Lang LaSalle, architect, and general contractor
Provide detailed project cost reporting, scheduling, and vendor coordination
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3 + years of project management experience in healthcare and/or laboratory projects
Previous experience working within a architecture, construction or development firm
Solid understanding of design and building construction process from the ground up
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency in Excel, Word and MS Project or other scheduling software
