Manage and supervise pre-fabrication activities. Arrange and dispatch backhoe services. Arrange dispatch dig alert services. Coordinate shop and vendor deliveries to jobsites. Manage and supervise vehicle maintenance services. Reviews job cost reports to ensure accuracy. Provide technical support to field personnel. Manage pre-fabrication inventory. Staff all open operational positions. Coordinate activities with field supervision. Facilities management. Develop subcontractor base.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST have 5 years experience in the residential plumbing industry and complete knowledge of California tract housing plumbing procedures. Have the ability to build a team, give clear direction and work with diverse groups. Must be multi-task, work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
