ORDER PROCESSING COORDINATOR

In order to strengthen and expand our position even further we have an immediate opening for an Order Processing Coordinator.

This position will:
Oversee the end-to-end order to cash fulfillment system working in partnership with Engineering and Sales departments and necessary suppliers.
Optimizing the order process.
Help with implementation of MicroSoft Dynamics (aka Navision) software.
Responsible for all data processing necessary to complete the installation of solar system.
Ensuring availability of components; managing component inventory;
Correspondence with suppliers;
Verifying billing and payments;
Coordinating delivery and installation dates; and other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates will possess 2 years experience in data entry; skilled in Microsoft Office; demonstrate superb organization skills;

Associates degree a plus,
Bachelor’s degree a plus;
1+ year experience with ERP-Systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a collaborative work environment;
Courteous and professional written and verbal skills with a strong customer service focus;
Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures;
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
