Will be responsible for supervision and management of staff and projects throughout Virginia. Typical projects include Program/Project Management, Construction Inspection, Constructability Reviews, CPM scheduling, Claims Analysis and Change Orders.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate MUST possess a BS in Civil Engineering and VA P.E., 10+ years experience in CM and Inspection in the Transportation and/or Building Construction Field. Must be capable of organizing and managing people and projects and have the ability to work well with clients, including government officials and contractors and to prepare technical and price proposals.
