Licensed Project Architect, Commercial (DB8306)

Lead design team as Design Project Manager by assigning work, priorities and working to resolve issues.

Select building materials and design constraints based on project budget.

Assist with the selection of staff during the hiring process.

Meet with clients as needed to resolve design issues.

Client projects typically include office, hotel, restaurant, retail, health care and water parks.
REQUIREMENTS
Licensed Architect, Commercial (Or Soon To Be Licensed).
7 Plus Years Design Experience. SCHGEE.

Working Knowledge Of AutoCAD.

Management/Leadership/Team Building Skills.

Design/Build Firm Experience A Plus.
