JOB SPECIFICATIONS:The primary function of this position is to lead crews of DAVACO team members throughout retail interior finish-out, reset, major store remodeling and open-store phased remodeling projects. This is a "hands on" position requiring a working Foreman. Perform carpentry skills including installation of millwork, laminates, vinyl base, slat wall, panel systems, acoustical ceilings, cabinetry, and trim. Install Retail Fixtures including fixtures including large gondolas showcases, floor fixtures, wall fixtures, overhead signage and graphics. On some projects you will work independently performing all hands-on remodeling tasks necessary for project completion on others you will supervise a crew.
To complete these tasks, you will need experience using your own general hand and power tools. A thorough understanding of blue prints and other types of construction documents Use a laptop computer to complete various job file reports and send digital photos You will have extensive Client contact and will need exceptional customer service skills.

REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirements:
H.S. Diploma or equivalentExperience Requirements:
A minimum of three years of experience and a well-rounded background in commercial construction including carpentry, and general interior finish-out Previous Foreman or Lead experience on remodeling or finish-out projects
Your own general hand and power tools. Good computer skills to complete various reports: MS Excel, Outlook and Word.

Valid Drivers License
First class client relation skills and a focus on client satisfaction throughout the project. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, reach, stand, climb ladders, bend, pull, push, twist, and kneel. ABILITY TO TRAVEL OUT OF STATE ON 3-4 WEEK PROJECTS
