Purpose: Our client is currently hiring a Mid-level Construction Estimator with commercial experience to work out of their Sacramento office. Our client specializes in design-build construction for commercial, industrial, office, and manufacturing facilities.

Salary will range from $80,000 - $95,000 and bonus program including 401K/profit sharing, Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits.

The ideal candidates should possess 3 - 5 years experience in estimating commercial / retail construction and must have experience with conceptual bids and negotiating million dollar projects. Must have a Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related work experience.

-Must have a Bachelors in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or have experience in commercial estimating.
-Must have experience in performing estimates for commercial projects
-Must have experience with conceptual bids and full project estimating
