Historical Renovations Project Superintendent

MBA Management, Inc. has been retained by one of the Mid-Atlantic regions leaders in Commercial Construction is seeking talented construction managers that are adept in process and creative thinking project management for a growing number of unique Historical Renovations contracted throughout the greater Washington D.C. Metropolitan area.

These projects will involve one-of-a-kind processes and constructions which reward quick thinking and procedures resulting in top quality delivery and great client satisfaction. Must be able to deal with structural challenges differing with each project and abatement issues in a safe, precise and focused manner.

This construction professional will be the key client contact with the ability to guide client and explain processes unique to their building project as well as adeptly manage and schedule sub-contractors and suppliers.

This firm offers one of the area most attractive compensation and benefits packages including realistic and lucrative performance bonus incentives. Base salaries range between $65,000 - $100,000 DOE. Primarily, this position offers the ability to work on projects that are challenging and individually unique.

REQUIREMENTS
-Requires 10 plus years of proven success in historical building renovations construction management for high-end commercial clients.
-Must be computer literate with ability to work with Prolog Construction and Primavera Construction Scheduling software.
-Four year (BS) degree in construction engineering or construction management preferred, but not required.
-Federal security clearance preferred, not required.
-Must be polished and well-spoken with proven success in client, architect and subcontractor relations a must.
-Proven ability for on-time, under-budget and low change order deliveries resulting in great client satisfaction.
