REQUIREMENTS
**HVAC experience is absolutely mandatory for this position**

POSITION PURPOSE
Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of construction projects to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframe and funding parameters.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Review project proposal or plan to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of the project and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
Confer with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority.
Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.
Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedule or plan as required. Prepare project reports for management, client or others as needed.
Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
Overall responsibility for:
Coordination of subcontractors.
Scheduling and/or purchase of tools and equipment.
Set up and/or attend job meetings.
Expedite equipment and monitor job progress.
Coordinate manpower requirements.
Coordinate shop fabrication, if necessary.
Contract administration.
Project documentation.
Preparation and coordination of change orders.
Cash Flow Management
- Coordinate billings as necessary
- Follow up with customer on past due accounts
- Gross profit maintenance
Equipment start-up.
Project completion
- Punch list
- Manuals
- Miscellaneous
Warranty back charges to manufacturer(s).

Establish and follow through on a personal, professional development plan.

SUMMARY OF SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
Minimum of 8-10 years experience in construction industry, with 5 years project management background.
Ability to understand, analyze and troubleshoot mechanical systems.
Physical ability to access job sites, including some climbing.
