General Manager; Operations Manager

Currently, we have two available positions in our Northwest Division in Ferndale, WA:
General Manager:
Main Responsibilities: Oversees manufacturing, construction, sales and administration functions of the division; inventory control; fabrication inventory; quality control; project administration; contract and subcontract administration. Prepares project estimates, specifications and float calculations; allocates operating budget. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Engineering or equivalent, with 5 yrs exp preferred.
Operations Manager:
Main Responsibilities: Oversees day-to-day operations; direction and coordination of quality, production and assembly of concrete flotation systems and other pre-cast/ pre-stressed concrete products; estimating, scheduling, project management, field operations, support functions, budgeting and customer relations. Requirements: Bachelors Degree and at least five years prior management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Great communication, administrative, planning, organizational and leadership skills. A solid background in concrete fabrication preferred.
