Facility Repair Analyst

U-Haul is looking for a career-minded, growth-oriented individual to make a real impact on our daily operations as a Facility Repair Analyst at our Corporate Headquarters in Phoenix, AZ.
Candidates must have prior work experience in the construction industry of 2-4 years.
Understanding of Repair & Maintenance for Commercial Properties
Knowledge of Bid Process & Review
Project Tracking and Scheduling
Project Coordination with Contractors & Field Maintenance Technicians
